Forever Changed

We started off March as businesses as usual — for the most part. The lingering news stories of COVID-19 traveling the world made us furrow our brows as we talked about it in the break room, but we had no idea that by the end of March we would go from working normally to completely modifying how we operated. COVID-19 has changed the world, and with it, .decimal has taken precautions and measures to ensure that cancer patients are still treated with the best possible care amid an unprecedented time.

We understand that there are cancer patients and clinics who need us, and our service is critical to the community. That being said, we have established strong safety measures. We’ve reduced our staff down to 30% in office, and extended our hours so there are as little employees in a rotation as possible.

Working from home has been a challenge that .decimal has had to adapt to rapidly, as something we are constantly reminded of is cancer doesn’t stop for anything– even a pandemic.

We wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the first responders and every clinic working through these trying times. So, we wanted to document the change that .decimal has established and show you how we have changed to accommodate to this new normal and keep our commitment to you.
